It’s messy, expensive, and full of grit, but this booth is slowly becoming the soundproof sanctuary I always envisioned.

This week, the booth build escalated: plasterboard dust showers, sheep’s wool insulation, and enough adhesive spray to stick me to the wall if I wasn’t careful. I tackled stubborn paint, filled every rogue hole, and muscled through dB Soundboard panels with a Stanley knife and sheer determination. With acoustic plasterboard and sealant now in play, the space is starting to look, and sound, like something truly special.
