• Client correspondence and project records may be kept for up to 3 years after the end of the project.

• Working files and uploaded project materials may be kept for up to 3 years, unless a different period is agreed.

• Final delivered work may be kept for portfolio, archive or business reference purposes where I have the right to use it.

• Public portfolio examples may be kept indefinitely unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Analytics and cookie data may be retained according to the settings of Wix, Google Analytics or other relevant providers.

If you would like me to delete project materials sooner, you can contact me. I may still need to keep certain records where required for legal, accounting or contractual reasons.
