You need to pay a usage fee if you intend to use my voice for any purpose for a limited amount of time. These can be purchased for 3 months or 12 months at a time (e.g. you can purchase 2 x 3 months if you require 6 months of usage). You need to pay a buyout fee if you intend to use my voice indefinitely for any purpose Some usage/buyout fees are already included in the session fee, but this will all be made clear during discussions and in your invoice.

Yes, if it is requested. I can remove breath sounds and ensure minimal mouth clicks and external noises are removed before delivering the final project. My studio is broadcast quality and so recordings do not require much in the way of editing.

If the recording does not meet your expectations due to sound quality or mispronunciation, I offer one complimentary revision. For any other adjustments, additional revisions will incur extra fees.

After discussing your project with you I will provide an initial invoice with all discussed fees, and my bank and PayPal details. For NEW clients: an upfront deposit is required before work commences. For ALL clients: upon completion, I will deliver the final recording with an initial invoice for the work. If any further revisions are required then these will be completed and sent to you alongside a completion invoice once everyone is happy. This invoice will include all discussed fees from the initial invoice as well as further incurred fees making up the remaining balance. Payment of this remaining balance will be due within 48 hours of delivery. Per my Terms and Conditions, the recording must not be used until full payment has been received, where I will provide a receipt for your payment.

My recording setup currently consists of: Broadcast-quality recording studio with noise/acoustic treatment. Rode NT1 (5th Gen) Microphone with pop filter, shock mount, noise isolation shield and boom arm. Focusrite Scarlett 2i2 (3rd Gen) Interface. Mac Studio with access to Adobe Audition, Logic Pro, Ableton Live, and DaVinci Resolve for editing, recording and dubbing. Macbook with access to Adobe Audition and DaVinci Resolve for editing and dubbing (so I can work on post-recording from anywhere). Utilisation of Scrivener/Word/PDF for scripts I am currently in the process of building a professional-standard recording booth in my own home which will include soundproofing and noise isolation with outstanding acoustics. This will allow me to record to ACX standards with no plug-ins required. My ETA for the completion of this build is the end of July 2025.
