This page brings together the parts of performance that don’t sit neatly in one box. Alongside voice work and writing, this is where you’ll find my work in podcasts, acting, and music. Some of it is recorded, some of it is live, but it all comes from the same place, a focus on delivery, timing, and understanding how something should feel as well as how it sounds. Whether it’s stepping into a role, building something through conversation, or performing on stage, the aim stays the same, keep it honest, keep it engaging, and make it worth someone’s time.
PODCAST
These podcasts sit somewhere between storytelling and conversation. Some episodes break down writing and performance, others drift into real experiences that shape how stories are built in the first place.

Jon and the Medics are a covers band made up of some medics and a bassist called Jon, bringing a mix of country, blues, rock, funk and soul to every set. We focus on what works in front of a crowd, keeping dancefloors moving and venues lively.
