ABOUT
Sound & Script Studio didn’t begin as a brand. It began as a space.

Originally, it was simply the name given to a small recording setup, a place to explore voice-over work, test ideas, and build something practical. But over time, it became clear that it was never just about recording. It was about everything that sat around it, the writing, the performance, the music, the sketches, the ideas that never quite fit into one category but refused to be ignored.

What started as a studio slowly became something broader: a hub for creative work in all its forms. Not a single discipline, but a collection of them, all connected by the same thread: storytelling.

Founded by Alex Evley, Sound & Script Studio grew alongside a shift in direction. Living with a disability meant rethinking what work could look like, and where it could happen. The studio became more than a side project. It became the centre of it all, a place to record, to write, to create, and to build something sustainable without losing the creative drive behind it.

Now, the studio brings together voice-over, writing, music, and performance under one roof. It supports clients looking for clear, engaging voice work, while also acting as a home for original ideas and creative projects. It’s both a working studio and a creative outlet, structured where it needs to be, flexible where it matters.

But Sound & Script Studio isn’t just about the work itself. It exists to show what’s possible when ideas are given the space to grow. That creativity doesn’t need perfect conditions, and it doesn’t belong to a single path or background.
There’s life in stories. In imagination. In the things people feel compelled to make, even when they’re not sure where they fit.

Sound & Script Studio is built on that belief. And it’s here to prove that those ideas are worth creating, sharing, and hearing.
